For your convenience, you may fill out the reservation form. A representative will call you back to confirm your reservation. You may also send us an message or call us directly at 613-828-2748 for any questions or information.

Our office is open 24hrs seven days a week.

Method of payment

We accept MasterCard. Visa and American Express. You may also pay with your debit card or cash.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled no later than 6pm. 2 days prior to the reservation arrival date. This policy applies for each room reserved.

Stardust Motel Ottawa will incur a 100% charge for the first night for any reservation cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival.
